Project Kickoff

We seek to understand your client’s custom embroidery needs for each project, whether your order involves wholesale or specific products like caps, t-shirts, uniforms, patches, etc.  This involves thread color, embroidery location, garment selection, and other value-added services.  Once final, all decisions are documented on a purchase order and submitted with the artwork.  Upon receipt of all required embroidery service information, your order will be entered into our production software and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Art & Digitizing

This is the most important step in the embroidery process.  We work with the best digitizers to bring your brand’s design to life through promotional apparel. As a contract decorator, Superior Image Embroidery takes great care to reflect the intricate details of your unique design, much like the uniqueness of your client's brand. After digitizing is complete, we run a sample swatch and provide digital proof for approval.  If required, pre-production embroidery samples can be made.

Embroidery

After approval, your embroidery order will be scheduled for production. On the production date, the digitized file is transferred to our in Industry-leading Tajima machinery. Our expert team uses best-in-class technology and custom embroidery production methods to deliver a high-quality embroidered result.  The garments will then go through an initial quality check to ensure that they are up to our high standards.

Finishing

Once the embroidery process is complete, garments are taken to the finishing area where they will be trimmed, steamed, folded, sorted by size, and put through our thorough quality control process. Our embroidery order fulfillment process ends with a final inspection. After passing inspection, any value-added services requested are performed and the decorated apparel is prepared for shipment.
